How do I place an order?
Choose your preferred portrait style, upload your photo, and select your size and frame options. Our artists will begin once your order is placed.
Can I use multiple photos?
Yes! We can combine multiple photos into one portrait. Simply upload them and leave your instructions.
What kind of photos should I upload?
Clear, well-lit photos are best, but our artists can work with most image qualities.

Is this really hand-painted?
Yes — every portrait is 100% hand-painted by real artists. No filters or printing.
Can I request changes?
Yes. You'll receive a preview before shipping, and we'll adjust it until you're satisfied.
Can you change backgrounds or add/remove people?
Absolutely. We can customize backgrounds and compositions to suit your needs.

How long does it take?
Most portraits take 5–7 business days to complete. We will send the preview within 7 business days. Once approved, shipping usually takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.Rush options available, Please contact us.

Will my painting arrive safely?
Yes. All artworks are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Will I see the painting before shipping?
Yes, we send a preview for your approval before dispatch.
What if I'm not happy with it?
We will revise the painting based on your feedback.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Can I get a refund?
Because each portrait is custom-made, refunds are limited. You may cancel your order for a full refund before painting begins. Once painting has started, the 20% deposit is non-refundable. Free revisions are available before final approval. After the final preview is approved, refunds are only available if the item arrives damaged or there is a clear production error.
